DIVING AND SNORKELING ON CATALINA ISLAND

This tour is suitable both for professional divers as well as for beginners. It will also be suitable for those who are not really into diving but would like to spend an amazing day in the Caribbean Sea! The size of the group is 15-20 people. Each instructor accompanies 2-3 divers.

The programme of the tour:
  • In the morning we will pick you up from the reception of your hotel and head towards the port. (The trip from Punta Cana’s resorts usually takes 1-1.5 hours).
  • In the port we will provide you with the necessary equipment. An English-speaking officiant will give you a briefing before you plunge into the water.
  • Then we set off on a fully diving-equipped catamaran. During this tour you will dive twice in the Caribbean Sea. The first one will take place at a depth of 5 meters, whereas the second one at a depth of 10 meters. For certified divers it will be 30 and afterwards 12 meters.
  • If you don’t dive but swim with a mask and a snorkel, then you’ll have a chance to snorkel at the first stop of our trip. Afterwards the captain will take divers to their second diving spot and the rest of the holidaymakers to Carolina Island where you will spend about 3 hours.
  • After the second dive divers also get to Catalina island where a delicious lunch and drinks (water, sparkling water, rum and beer) will be served. The divers will spend 2 hours on the island.

For people with certain medical conditions and for children less than 10 years old (if a child is going to scuba dive). For snorkeling there are no age restrictions.
